Returns Policy

All of the items on this site are custom-made and some must be ordered in advance of delivery. I know that you cannot see my skirts, Ann Laurie trees, ornament hooks or glass family tree ornaments so, I try to take the best photos possible and post lots of images. I am always available by email  or phone and  encourage you to be as detailed as possible in your request.

SILK CHRISTMAS TREE SKIRTS CUSTOM MADE:

Before the final decorations that you selected are permanently secured to the skirt, you will receive a photo for approval of the layout and design of your tree skirt. Sorry, I cannot accept a return on an approved custom or custom modified Christmas Tree Skirt.

ANN LAURIE PRE-DECORATED, PRELIT MINIATURE CHRISTMAS TREES:

Each year, Ann designs her trees to suit her. :-) The images currently on the site are of trees that were made in previous years. Current trees are usually photographed and on the site by mid-late November. Sorry, but no returns on her trees which are also custom made.

ORNAMENT HOOKS:

In stock ornament hooks are eligible for return within 15 days of receipt. Contact us before returning any item.

GLASS CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS AND GARLANDS

I will gladly replace any defective item for return within 15 days of receipt. I prepare and modify these by hand and will not send you anything that I see is broken or defective.

FAMILY TREE ORNAMENTS:

All of these ornaments are custom selected and custom made with the colors that you selected. Sorry, no returns.
